Throughout this year, I’ve eaten too many eggs. Almost every single day for breakfast. This morning, as I almost ate an egg, I realized how sick I am of eggs. This actually made me kind of happy because I’m trying to not eat as many dairy products (and I eat way too much cheese). I’ve had a great run with eggs, but I’m happy to see them go.
I’ve now replaced my typical egg breakfast with toast and avocado. I love it a lot, but I’ll probably get sick of it soon as well. I usually eat the same thing for breakfast which I shouldn’t do; so that I don’t get sick of foods so quickly.
