Vegan Recipe

There’s a misconception of how vegans get their nutrition. There are always ways to substitute meat, and still get your daily nutrition. Here’s a great vegan recipe: vegan fried rice.

Ingredients:

  • rice
  • rice cooker
  • vegetables of your choice (corn, string beans, carrots, onions, garlic)
  • tofu (this will substitute your meat)

Directions:

  1. Wash the rice and cook in your rice cooker
  2. Wash your desired vegetables and tofu and chop them up into small chunks
  3. Saute the tofu for about 5-10 minutes, then add your other desired vegetables
  4. Next, add in your rice
  5. Finally, add some soy sauce (optional)
  6. Enjoy!
