Fort Tryon Park and the Senior Barbecue

As some of you may or may not know, the senior barbecue is scheduled to take place in Fort Tryon Park in Northern Manhattan. The park is beautifully landscaped today, and its original form as shown in this photograph by P.L. Sperr is only a shadow of its current self.
