Lasagna Recipe

• 32 oz. Galbani® Whole Milk Ricotta cheese
• 16 oz. Galbani® Whole Milk Mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
• 1 box lasagna noodles (no boil)
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup fresh parsley
• 1/2 tsp. basil, chopped
• 13 oz. Tomato Sauce


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

1. Brown meat and drain.

2. Mix ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, and basil in a bowl and set aside.

3. Spread 1 cup of sauce in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

4. Layer 4 uncooked pasta sheets, a layer of the cheese mixture, more sauce, and a layer of meat. Repeat until all pasta sheets are gone.

5. Cover with tin foil and bake for 1 hour.

6. Remove foil, top with mozzarella and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.

7. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
